Trap Shootin'

Andy and I went trap shootin' (you can't add a 'g' when saying it.... that would be to "city.") with our friends Cindy and Lee Wynne. We had so much fun and can't wait to go out to the range again (after my sore shoulder heals).

Check out the puff of smoke. I am proud to say I shot 20% of my orange thingies (5 out of 25). This is only my second time shooting moving targets with a shotgun. Andy's Uncle Roger took us skeet shootin' a couple years ago.

Our whiz bang camera caught the shell and the slidy thing on the gun still open. Andy shot 19 of 25 orange thingies. Woo hoo!!

This was Cindy's second time ever shooting a gun. The sweet old man in the blue jacket is a retired airman; he tried his best to help Cindy and me do it right.

What a cool shot of Lee! The camera caught the shell, the smoke and the orange thingie in the background.
